I am still trying to accept the fact that a young British soldier was murdered in broad daylight whilst on his way back to barracks on a London street. I guess I never will.
My heart felt condolences go out to his family, friends and fellow soldiers.
Also, I have immense respect and admiration for the unarmed woman who stood up to the low life thug who was still carrying his murder weapon.
Unfortunately--as is so often the case in these scenarios--the good guy dies while the two evil people who committed this heinous crime will live, even after being shot by law-enforcement.
Though not usually a vengeful person, in this instance I can only wish both of them hellish days for the rest of their miserable lives, hopefully lived out in a prison .
