Hi everyone
I just joined Brightcecilia
I'm in generall a fan of the world of opera, and musik is the reason why I'm here. So hello again!

sospiro - I can't really tell who's my favourite one. I'd rather choose several operas from difderent composers to call my beloved ones.
I'm happy to be in the right place for fan of the opera.
And do you have any favourite composer?
Maybe we could share some experiences from the opera too?

My favourite composer is Verdi with my favourite opera being Simon Boccanegra. But after that it all depends on the mood I'm in.

Still haven't got into Wagner yet though.

Have you been to any live opera? I'm seeing Les Troyens at ROH in July.
