Reading an incredible book called 'Out of the Dark', by Linda Caine and Robin Royston.
It's a biography, in the form of the diary of the mental patient Linda and her Psychiatrist Dr Royston. It details the journey using Jungian Psycotherapy into Linda's unconscious to try to find out what is causing her suddenly onset manic depression before she commits suicide. Quote:
I'd recommend it! Out of the Dark (at Amazon) Looking for a new read at the moment, something like this maybe? Anyone got a suggestion?

"The Science of God" by Gerald L. Schroeder
Evidence for the eternal argument that science and religion, matter and spirit, need not be seen as mutually exclusive. Highly recommended

"Musicophilia-Tales of Music and the Brain" - Oliver Sacks
This is my fourth read of this book. Fascinating study about the effect of music on the brain.

"Personality Types - Using the Enneagram for Self-Discovery"- Don Richard Riso with Russ Hudson
Anyone who is interested in acquiring a better understanding and appreciation of himself and others must read this book. IMHO, the best guide in existence for personality typology.
