Hello Ben.
A flat - F - D flat - E flat - A flat (I - VI - IV - V - I). A nice, straightforward sort of "chorale", could I say?

Would you mind if I suggested something else you could try listening to? Bach Cantata BWV 4 (Christ lag in Todes Banden), especially Versus II, Versus III and Versus VI. These are movements that have helped me in similar circumstances.
