I don't know about God - think "clergymen in bicycle clips" - but Jesus was a communist so would be driven about in a Zil!!

Well, an art critic might say it was due to the way he deconstructed the art establishment.

But it might, just might, also be because he made highly accessible art and surrounded himself with cool people like the Velvet Underground.

He was, by all accounts, an extremely shallow little man. A sort of Anna Wintour of the art world, but with worse hair.

Someone told me Martha Argerich hung out with Warhol when she gave up piano and wanted to become a waitress. Google is silent on the matter.
