Unfortunately no special day here - there're a lot of countries where people don't have to work today! Very sad, it would be a great opportunity to sum up the status quo of equality once every year. Sexual equality is such an important key to show the stand of a society!

Default Celebrating Women
We had a wonderful day, and thank you for the greetings. The two universities sponsored an art show, Re-Interpreting Reality, which has 6 different galleries showing local women's art. A very political luncheon (I did not attend - not my thing - politics) and a concert (they played my cello suite). The Universities usually sponsor sports events and learning camps for children as their contribution to the community. This has become an annual event.
