Angry Firefox users: remove MS .NET Framework Assistant add-on asap

Firefox users would do well to read this article about the .NET Framework Assistant add-on which Microsoft installed without your permission and find out how to remove this dangerous piece of garbage from your machine

Fortunately I found out about it some months ago when I was trying to find out how to remove some Nokia add-on which had also been installed without my permission and removed both of them - this article was very useful.
