How about composer booties to keep your feet warm? I have noticed that the older I get the colder my feet get. My wife says it's poor circulation.

I read that buckwheat is good for circulation, and garlic.
I am sure there's much more varied selection of foods and herbs ectc. that we can add.

Oooooooeeeeeeee!!! I've a pile of CDs, in their wrappers, gathering dust, which are due to be sent out as prizes. Oh the guilt. If I owe you a CD please post to this thread and I'll get it in the mail super quick pronto.

Once the backlog's cleared, yes, I'd love to start regular prizes again. Lots of CD publishers, music agents, classical music-based social media companies etc fall over themselves to donate free CDs for a bit of publicity on Brightcecilia and a few tweets on our twitter account.

Ooh, Biber. I bought the Requiem because a young friend was singing in it, and fell in love with the piece. Ironically I'd only bought it because he'd been trying to sell me his Britten and I'd replied, "no, sorry, I hate Britten!" (although not in quite such blunt terms), so I thought I'd better get something else he'd done instead. I made the right choice.
