Last night:

Havergal Brian - Symphony No. 14 (1959-1960)
London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Edward Downes

Havergal Brian - Symphony No. 8 (1949) - two times
Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Myer Fredman
Particular parts are starting to stand out - there is a short
beautiful melodic section about 12 1/2 to 13 minutes from the start,
with tone colors in triangle, xylophone, possibly a celesta (?).
It was a case of the melody and colors reinforcing each other.
